About the role

Sensus is a fast-growing fintech startup that brings all financial tools onto one platform.

We are looking for an experienced professional who can grow B2B sales, build the team, and drive the product’s strategic go-to-market in fintech / crypto / payments. The role covers the full cycle: from GTM strategy to building processing and scaling the team.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience in B2B sales (fintech / crypto / payments / SaaS)
  • Required experience in PSP / payment processing
  • Experience in launching or growing similar projects (fintech / processing / high-risk)
  • Understanding of payment processing architecture and logic
  • Experience building or scaling sales teams
  • Understanding of GTM approaches and taking products to international markets
  • Ability to handle objections, make decisions, and negotiate with decision makers
  • English from Intermediate (B1)
  • Self-organization, responsibility, results-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing sales strategy and GTM model for the product
  • Building the sales team: hiring, onboarding, day-to-day management
  • Building sales process, lead generation, and funnel management
  • Finding and handling inbound leads, active outbound
  • Running demos, presentations, and negotiations with key clients
  • Taking deals to close and supporting onboarding
  • Contributing to product vision and processing structure
  • Working with tech, legal, and compliance on launching new solutions
  • Entering new markets and developing international B2B sales
  • Preparing reports, MRR/ARR forecasts, and regular performance analysis

Work conditions

Fixed salary + % of closed deals;
Transparent bonus system with no cap;
Work with international clients and markets;
Growth path to Senior Sales / Head of Sales.
